Rotary Bridgeway East is an 18-unit (approximately 23,000 square
feet) affordable housing project for formerly homeless people. An
existing 8-unit building, located on the property had to be integrated
into the overall site and landscape design and together the two
structures form an intimate u-shaped courtyard. The complex includes
47 on-site parking spaces, offices for support services and a large
community room with adjacent landscaped outdoor spaces. Private
outdoor space is provided for each unit either on balconies or small
enclosed patios.
